Ok, this is true click-and-go portable Visual basic 6 + last service pack (sp6)
It was created by capturing Visual Studio enterprise edition installation by
selecting only Visual Basic and related. Package and deployment tool are in
here too. MSDN help are installed only VB6 related but with full text search.
